INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING HOTEL ROOMS.
1) If you are booking 1-2 hotel rooms you may use this link https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/BHMHR/G-5UPC
2) If you are booking 3+ hotel rooms you will need to follow these instructions
2a) Download the rooming list spreadsheet and fill out the names of who will be staying in your rooms. (Listed on website link listed below- click on AL Youth Convention)
2b) Download the credit card release form and fill out all of the information. CREDIT CARD RELEASE FORM (Listed on website link listed below)
2c) After filling out both documents you will need to email them to jeanna.mcnair@hyatt.com
